Hi there.
I may not know who you are, and you may not know who I am so let me start the journey with a little something that goes like this...
My name is Richard and I used to be awesome. Somewhere along the way over the years I left my awesomeness, who I named Waldough, along the roadside. Recent events have snowballed into flurry of realizations that I am no longer the man I was. Outgoing, intelligent, fun, empathetic, ambitious, witty were all adjectives I would hear from others and could use internally. I no longer feel that many of those words are apt descriptions of myself.
So I need to turn the bus around. So how I am going to do it? I have no idea, but watching all those high energy self help people I have decided to craft my own path of crazy to get back Waldough.
So where's Waldough? My goal is a holistic awesome. So I need to cover fitness, mental health, intelligence and karma. These are huge goals all on their own and I need to master all of them to be awesome.
